Description:
At 940 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from New California to near Choctaw Lake to near Yellow
Springs, moving southeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to outdoor
objects.
Locations impacted include...
Columbus, Springfield, Dublin, Lancaster, Westerville, Reynoldsburg,
Grove City, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Fairborn, Hilliard, Marysville,
Pickerington, Washington Court House, Worthington, Circleville,
Bexley, London, Yellow Springs, and Jefferson.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for central and
west central Ohio.
