Description:
At 320 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Coolville, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Coolville, Vienna, Williamstown,
Washington, Boaz, Lubeck, North Hills, Little Hocking, Fleming,
Blennerhassett, and Devola.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 172 and 186.
Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 1 and 4.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 18.
