At 342 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from near Old Santee Canal State Park to over Summerville, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Summerville, Sangaree, Ladson, Goose Creek, College Park, Crowfield Plantation, North Charleston, Hanahan and Naval Weapons Station Charleston. This includes I-26 between mile markers 198 and 209.
