At 230 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 25 miles northeast of Green River to 17 miles northwest of Castle Valley to 10 miles west of Moab. Movement was northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Castle Valley, Arches National Park, and Cisco. This includes the following highways... Interstate 70 in Utah between mile markers 188 and 215. U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 128 and 138. Utah 128 between mile markers 0 and 44. Utah 279 between mile markers 4 and 5, and between mile markers 14 and 15. Utah 313 between mile markers 7 and 9, and between mile markers 20 and 22.
