At 848 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 9 miles southeast of Gallipolis to near Buffalo to near Milton to near Ona. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Nitro, Winfield, Hurricane, Milton, Eleanor, Buffalo, Poca, Culloden, Teays Valley, Cross Lanes, Bancroft, Given, Southside, Liberty, Grimms Landing, and Fraziers Bottom. This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 25 and 46.
