* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack
River, MA out 25 NM, Waters from Port Clyde ME to Cape
Elizabeth ME from 25 to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Elizabeth
ME to Merrimack River MA from 25 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
