At 814 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Spring City, or 10 miles north of Decatur, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Kingston, Loudon, Fairview, Spring City, Philadelphia, Paint Rock, Peakland, Eagle Furnace, Piney Falls State Park, and Ten Mile.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
