Up to 4.5 inches of rain have fallen, and water has been reported over roadways in several locations. The heavy rain has ended, but flash flooding is already occurring and will continue over the next few hours. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
