At 841 PM MDT, Thunderstorms have weakened and pushed east of El
Paso this evening. However, flooding continues to affect low lying
areas.
HAZARD...Residual flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of urban areas, highways, streets and
underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying
areas.

Central and East El Paso, Fort Bliss, McKelligon Canyon.
Instruction:
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
