Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
counties, Brown, Coleman and Runnels.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 523 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

Coleman, Ballinger, Winters, Novice, Silver Valley, Glen
Cove, Talpa, Crews, Burkett, Benoit, Grosvenor, Cross Cut,
Hatchel, Byrds, Lake Brownwood State Park, May, Hords Creek
Reservoir, Lake Coleman, Us-283 Near The Coleman-Callahan
County Line and Echo.
