* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Anderson County in central Texas... North Central Freestone County in central Texas... Henderson County in central Texas... Eastern Navarro County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until 930 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Corsicana, Athens, Chandler, Malakoff, Kerens, Frankston, Brownsboro, Berryville, Trinidad, Enchanted Oaks, Caney City, Navarro, Coon Creek Lake, Forest Grove Reservoir, Trinidad Lake, Cedar Creek Reservoir and Richland-Chambers Reservoir.
