* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Menard, Schleicher and Sutton. * WHEN...Until 300 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 103 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, with some areas receiving between 1 and 2 inches over the past hour or so. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eldorado, The Intersection Of Us-190 And Ranch Road 2084, Us-277 Near The Sutton-Schleicher County Line, Adams, The Intersection Of I-10 And Ranch Road 1989 and I-10 Near The Crockett-Sutton County Line. - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 380 and 396.
