* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Brazos and Burleson. * WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Continued flooding of urban areas, low water crossings and low lying areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 646 AM CDT, Light to moderate rain continues to fall over much of Burleson County. While the heavier rainfall has subsided, numerous roads remain flooded from overnight showers and thunderstorms.
