* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bexar, Comal and Guadalupe. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 824 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. Continue to heed road closures. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Seguin, Cibolo, Universal City, Selma, Canyon Lake Dam, Randolph AFB, Canyon Lake, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, Garden Ridge, McQueeney, Marion, Santa Clara, Staples, Smithson Valley, Spring Branch and Timberwood Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
