* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern McLennan County in central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 843 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bellmead, Lacy-Lakeview, Hallsburg, Northcrest, Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, Leroy, Axtell and Elm Mott.
