* IMPACTS...At 33.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding is expected, but no
serious flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 19.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this afternoon to a crest of 32.0 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
- Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
