Description:
At 1018 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Shelbyville,
or 9 miles southeast of Center, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
San Augustine, Patroon, Bland Lake, Shelbyville, Hurstown, Jordans
Store and Calgary.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
