IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Kemp and Cedar Creek Reservoir around 935 AM CDT. Mabank around 940 AM CDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Tolosa, Rockett, Payne Springs, Howard, Rosser, Bristol, Boyce, Pecan Hill, Scurry, and Rice. This includes Interstate 45 between mile markers 229 and 266.
