Description:
Patchy to areas of fog and/or drizzle will continue across much
of South-Central Texas this morning with visibilities at or below
2 miles. Patchy dense fog to 1/2 mile or less is possible in a
few locations. Motorists should use caution this morning by using
the low beams and wind shield wipers, providing extra distance
between the vehicle in front of you, and by slowing down.
