At 452 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Rose City, or over Vidor, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange, Nederland, Port Neches, Vidor, Bridge City, West Orange, Rose City, Pine Forest, Pinehurst, and Orangefield. This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 878 and 859.
