Description:
At 628 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
extending from 6 miles north of Hedley to Quail to 3 miles southeast
of Wellington. Movement was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Wellington, Clarendon, Shamrock, Mclean, Howardwick, Hedley, Dodson,
Lutie, Lelia Lake, Lake Mcclellan, Lela, Quail, Samnorwood, Dozier,
Alanreed, and Greenbelt Lake.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 116 and 176.
