At 229 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lagarto to near Bayside. Movement was northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Beeville, Sinton, Mathis, Refugio, George West, Woodsboro, Skidmore, St. Paul, Lake City, Quintana, Lagarto, River Creek Acres, Tynan, Annarose, Argenta, Papalote, Bonnie View, Mount Lucas, Dinero, and Blanconia. This includes the following highways... Interstate 37 between mile markers 30 and 64. US Highway 281 between mile markers 626 and 652. US Highway 181 between mile markers 588 and 624. US Highway 183 between mile markers 658 and 668. US Highway 59 between mile markers 692 and 732. US Highway 77 between mile markers 606 and 646.
