Description: 
At 1109 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Fredericksburg to near Kronkosky State Natural Area to near Hill Country State Natural Area. Movement was east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... San Antonio, Schertz, Kerrville, Converse, Universal City, Live Oak, Boerne, Selma, Castroville, Comfort, Blanco, Bandera, Stinson Municipal Airport, Tarpley, San Antonio Int Airport, Randolph AFB, Canyon Lake, Leon Valley, Helotes, and Fair Oaks Ranch.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for south central Texas.
