Description: 
At 1103 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 5 miles south of Booker to 15 miles southeast of Spearman to 5 miles east of Cactus. Movement was southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Dumas, Perryton, Spearman, Lipscomb, Cactus, Sunray, Stinnett, Booker, Follett, Darrouzett, Wolf Creek Park, Farnsworth, Waka, Pringle, Morse, and Conlen.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for the Panhandle of Oklahoma...and the Panhandle of Texas.
