* At 112 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 6 miles south of Cadiz, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Cadiz, Flushing, Smithfield, Adena, Dillonvale, Mount Pleasant, New
Athens, Harrisville and Newell.
Instruction:
Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
