* WHAT...Widespread sub-freezing temperatures in the upper 20s to
low 30s.
* WHERE...Castle Country, Eastern Juab/Millard Counties, San Rafael
Swell, Sanpete Valley, Sevier Valley, Western Millard and Juab
Counties, Eastern Box Elder County, Western Uinta Basin, and
Southwest Utah.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM MDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
Drain in-ground sprinkler systems and cover above ground pipes.
