the mid 20s to low 30s. For the second Freeze Warning,
sub-freezing temperatures in the upper 20s to low 30s.
* WHERE...Castle Country, Eastern Juab/Millard Counties, Sanpete
Valley, Sevier Valley, Western Millard and Juab Counties, Western
Uinta Basin, and Southwest Utah.
* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 10 AM MDT this morning.
For the second Freeze Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 9 AM MDT
Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
Drain in-ground sprinkler systems and cover above ground pipes.
