* WHAT...South to southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50
mph shifting to the northwest between 1 and 3 PM. Northwest winds
20 to 30 mph with gusts to 55 mph will continue through 4 to 6 PM.
* WHERE...Castle Country, especially along and near the SR-10
corridor to Fremont Junction.
* WHEN...From noon to 6 PM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.
