* WHEN...From noon Tuesday to midnight MDT Tuesday Night.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. Localized blowing dust may also restrict
surface visibility, generating potentially hazardous travel
conditions.
