At 612 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Chester, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Chester, Baltimore, Ludlow Village, Springfield, Perkinsville Village, Weathersfield, Ascutney, Cavendish, Ludlow, Andover, Perkinsville, Whitesville, Weathersfield Bow, Amsden, West Springfield, North Chester, North Springfield Lake Recreation Area, North Springfield, Simonsville, and Proctorsville. This includes Interstate 91 between mile markers 40 and 51.
