* AFFECTED AREA...Central and eastern Vermont. * WINDS...Southeast 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 to 29 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. * FUELS...Per coordination with our partners, the recent dry weather has caused fine dead fuels across the region to dry out. * IMPACTS...If any fires were to start the weather and fuel conditions could cause fires to quickly get out of control and be difficult to contain.
