Description:
Patchy fog has developed early this morning across portions of the
eastern Virginia piedmont. The fog is patchy, but will be locally
dense at times through 7 AM, with visibilities as low as one half
to one quarter mile.
Motorists are urged to slow down, use low beam headlights, and
allow extra following distance. Conditions should improve rapidly after
7 AM.
