IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small trees and blow around unsecured objects. Wind impacting handling of high profile vehicles. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Ashland around 740 PM EDT. Randolph Macon College around 745 PM EDT. Kings Dominion around 805 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Rockville, Gilman, Calno, Ashcake, Hanover Airport, Gum Tree, Goodall, Doswell, and Elmont.
