* At 216 PM PDT, a dust channel was 10 miles east of Cheney, moving
northeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
of 30 mph.

* This includes U.S. Highway 195 in Washington between mile markers

Instruction:
