Description:
At 724 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16
miles northeast of Warden, or 19 miles east of Moses Lake, moving
northwest at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Batum and Moody.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight PDT for
eastern and north central Washington.
