At 740 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Hanford Reservation to near Ayer. Movement was north at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Richland, Connell, Mesa, Kahlotus, Eltopia, Basin City, Hanford Reservation, Ayer, and Matthew. This includes the following highways... Highway 17 between mile markers 8 and 22. Highway 395 between mile markers 34 and 61.
