At 938 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles northwest of Naches, or 17 miles northwest of Yakima, moving north at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Thorp. This includes the following highways... Highway 12 between mile markers 181 and 185. Interstate 90 between mile markers 94 and 103.
