Airport, Waterville, Chelan, Mansfield, and Wenatchee.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
