* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations 6 to 12 inches for elevations above 3500 feet. Snow accumulations up to 3 inches for elevations below 3500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Holden Village, Stehekin, and Stevens Pass. * WHEN...From 11 AM Tuesday to 5 AM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Expect winter driving conditions.
