Description: 
At 640 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Dailey, or 7 miles southwest of Elkins, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Elkins, Beverly, Womelsdorf (Coalton), and Kerens. This includes Route 33 between mile markers 31 and 35.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for northeastern West Virginia.
