At 554 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Big Otter, or near Clay, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Clay, Gassaway, Birch River, Harrison, Frametown, Strange Creek, and Ivydale. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 46 and 58. Route 19 between mile markers 57 and 59.
