* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Use
extra caution if traveling by land, sea, or air.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Brief period of elevated wind gusts are
expected through Friday evening as a low in the NW Gulf moves
inland before diminishing through the early morning.
