* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with occasional gusts up to 45
mph, turning out of the northwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55
mph. Isolated gusts up to 60 mph possible.
* WHERE...All of northwest and west central Arkansas and eastern
Oklahoma.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down. Drivers of high profile vehicles should
be alert to sudden gusts.
