* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 7 AM Sunday to 7 PM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from midnight Sunday Night to 9 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
