* WHAT...Heavy snow expected above 4000 feet. Total snow
accumulations between 12 and 24 inches. Winds gusting 50 to 65 mph.
* WHERE...Lookout Pass.
* WHEN...From 5 PM Wednesday to 11 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning commute. Very strong winds could
cause extensive tree damage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds will bring the potential for
drifting and blowing snow at times.
