* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Ice accumulations between one
tenth and two tenths of an inch and additional sleet accumulations
around a tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Northeast Aroostook and Northwest Aroostook Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning. Temperatures rise above
freezing after 10 AM and precipitation ends.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
