* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph Sunday evening through Monday night. * WHERE...Alger, Luce, Northern Schoolcraft, and Southern Schoolcraft Counties. * WHEN...From 5 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. These hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Power outages are possible due to the strong winds.
