* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy mixed precipitation
expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and
ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as
high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, significant icing
possible. Total ice accumulations around one quarter of an inch
possible.
* WHERE...Menominee County.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 5 AM to 7 PM CDT
Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Friday night
through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice and wind. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating sleet will be difficult to
remove.
