* WHAT...For the first Winter Storm Warning, heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze. For the second Winter Storm Warning, heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total sleet accumulations of one to two inches and ice accumulations around two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Keweenaw and Northern Houghton Counties. * WHEN...For the first Winter Storm Warning, until 8 AM EDT this morning. For the second Winter Storm Warning, from 2 AM to 2 PM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
