14 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. This includes the
Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 PM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
